Information about the Seretide Accuhaler recall

GSK is recalling a small number of Seretide 50/250mcg Accuhaler devices only, from hospitals, pharmacies, dispensing practices and wholesalers.

If you have one of these Seretide Accuhalers (see link below for details), you do not need to return your device to your pharmacist.

Please do not stop taking your medication. However, as with any medication if you have any concerns or are experiencing a worsening of your symptoms you should seek medical treatment.

For more information visit www.GSK.co.uk.

If you experience any side effects, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. This includes any side effects not listed in the package leaflet.
You can also report side effects directly via the Yellow Card Scheme at www.mhra.gov.uk/yellowcard.
By reporting side effects you can help provide more information on the safety of this medicine.
